They are familiar with the area, and knew the market very well. Staging, presentation, and cleanup. Then all of the paperwork details that go into a sale such as title, taxes, etc. They guided us through the entire process. Once showings began, scheduling of showings, open houses, buyer questions were fielded promptly and professionally. They made this look easy. The closing was smoother than we could have imagined, and it was all because of their attention to detail throughout the entire process. Petra was absolutely wonderful to work with! She will tell you like it is (which you need), will help you narrow down what it is you really want to look for in a home, and is great at taking the feedback on homes and turning around and finding you what you need to look at.
