When my husband and I started browsing homes on Zillow just to get a feel for what was on the market, we got matched with Fatima to show us a property. While that property wasnt for us, the match with Fatima certainly was! She never once hesitated to show us one, two, or three properties when Id text her with new properties we wanted to explore. We never felt pressured when viewing a home. She would just tell us the perfect one was out there somewhere for us. After a little over 3 months searching and walking through multiple properties we finally found the perfect home. Our forever home ?? Just like our search for this home, Fatima was over and above responsive to us as we negotiated an offer, went through several inspections, repair negotiations, and a midnight hour final walk through. Buying and finding a house during the current real estate market was not an easy task. Anthony was incredibly professional and helped foster a personal relationship with us. Our stress was understandably high as we hoped for a home to meet our needs. Anthony is not only a fantastic realtor, but he is an excellent support system. Buying a home is an emotional process so it was imperative we had an agent who helped manage our needs, experience, and expectations. Anthony surpassed any expectations we had. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Anthony moved quickly as houses are flying off the market.
