We were looking to purchase a home and worked with two real estate agents before we met Jake. Jake was referred to us by a family friend. In our first face to face meeting with Jake we were blown away with professionalism, I walked out of his office feeling that I got my house. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new home came on the market. His communication was clear, and he listen to our every need. Throughout the bidding process Jake was very positive, he reminded us even though we loss a few bids, that our house is out there waiting for the right moment. Before the end of three months, we went into contract and closed on our new home. He was always available to answer any questions regarding home purchasing. Today we are fully satisfied with our choice and wouldnt choose no other agent. Without being any hesitant I would recommend Jake and his team to anyone who is purchasing or selling their home.
