Stay away from this company if you want to sell your property. Never answered my calls. It appears that they sold my property, but they did not do it. I had to wait for my contract to end with them after almost 18 months. Then I contacted another company and they sold the house in less than a month. Do yourself a favor stay away from them!

Worst experience ever, beware of "administrative fees" that are added at closing. This fee was added on top of all the closing costs. Would not do business again with this person.
