After 3 realtors and 14 offers I hired Jackie and Keller Williams and had a contract on my fabulous house in FOUR days !!! Jackie went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules to view homes and yet imposed no restrictions on her schedule. She was consistently positive and encouraging and she never tried to appease us by telling us to look at cheaper places or in different areas. Seriously, Jackie and her team know exactly how to be successful in this market and from my negative prior experience I can and will confidently recommend them. In a world where customer service is obsolete my son and I were treated like the most important clients. Jackie and her team were literally a Godsend after the experience my and son and I had for 2 months, fears, doubts and the feeling of just giving up truly dissipated into air. We got a great house, I love my house --closed early and Jackie even had the house professionally cleaned because I had just had surgery and needed to recover. Honestly, if you are in need of a Realtor who truly is committed to working for you, your search is over.

I had a wonderful experience working with Jackie on my first home purchase. When I began looking at houses with Jackie, I didn?t have a fully formed picture of what I wanted to buy. However, after visiting several differently styled and located houses, we came upon the perfect place for me, right in the middle of Tempe. Jackie and Katie are lovely to interact with, honest about valuation, and not at all pushy - exactly the qualities that you want as a first-time home buyer. Jackie and her team were also great at staying on top of the technical and financial processes. A+ from an ASU Professor! ;)

I have now used Liz for purchasing two properties and she has truly held my hand through both purchases. Especially during this most recent purchase she went above and beyond in terms of making sure i had a timely closing all while making sure i was protected from all fronts. I truly believe there needs to be a very high degree of trust between you and your real estate agent and I trust Liz just as i would a close family member. Liz was my agent when I purchased my first home in the turbulent AZ market of 2009 and will be my agent whenever I decide to sell and re-purchase. She later assisted my parents with the purchase of their first AZ home and couldnt have done a better job. Her knowledge of the AZ market and attention to buyer needs is excellent and you never feel like youre just a signature with her. Liz also comes with a very reliable network of resourceful individuals involved in real estate as well. She knows some of the best title agents, inspectors, and lenders; a plus for anyone new to AZ (or even long-time residents) who may not be connected to such resources. She has been in real estate long enough to have developed a very solid foundation of knowledge and experience regarding the TRUE rules of real estate, and not just the fads that come and go in our state from year to year.I met Liz in 2009 after stumbling upon her real estate page online. She seemed very hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy, and I was pleased to find that she was all of these things. I had not known her before this and had not known very much about real estate either, but in the couple of months we spent looking for homes this changed dramatically and I really enjoyed the experience. My parents were also grateful to have worked with her. After owning homes in two other states, they found that a unique kind of professional is needed for home-buying in AZ and regard Liz as the best.I would recommend Liz to anyone.
