Keller Williams Realty East Valley

We are very pleased with our realtors: Susan & Grant Miller of aEURoeThe Miller TeamaEUR?. We live in the Ironwood Crossing Community in Queen Creek, Arizona. We are very happy to say that our house sold in just 11 days! Thanks to all the planning and aEURoeextrasaEUR? that Susan & Grant do for their clients. They were very patient with us as we have not sold a house in Arizona before. Their expert knowledge of what the buyers are looking for really helped us to prepare our house to go on the market. We would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling your house (or buying one also). We have actually already recommended them to a friend who is thinking of selling. I used the Miller Teams concierge service for selling my in Johnson Ranch home in San Tan Valley. They took care of everything beautifully while I moving to my new home in Missouri. Even though the housing market was tight they managed to get my home sold in reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their home.

My agent did a fantastic job. The Miller Team went above and beyond to make our home-selling experience as stress-free as possible. Susan was always available to answer questions, clearly explained each step, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Our situation was a bit complicated and came with a few hiccups, but Susan remained patient, supportive, and consistently focused on what was best for us as her clients. The Miller Team even exceeded expectations by maintaining the landscape of our vacant property and ensuring it was secure after every showing. The patience, care, and genuine concern they showed during the emotional and sensitive process of selling my elderly parents home meant so much to us. We are truly grateful. Thank you, Miller Team.

The Miller Team are awesome Realtors!! When they list your house to be sold, they dont just list it and walk away. They actively sell your house! They want to sell your house! The Miller Team provides weekly, if not daily, updates on who is looking at your house and from various states and cities. They actually pursue these potential buyers. They sold our house in less than 30 days in a Buyers market!

We had a great experience working with Susan and Grant while selling our home in Arizona and making our move to Washington to be closer to family. I originally met Susan through my gym, where she was on my team for one of the Fit Body Boot Camp challenges. After the challenge, I reached out to her about selling our home, and I'm so glad I did. Susan was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us navigate the entire process. We had lots of showings, received great feedback, and eventually got an offer, with everything going smoothly through closing. One of my favorite things about working with Susan was that she always seemed to have a person for everything! From roofers to tile and carpet cleaners to window cleaners, she had great recommendations whenever we needed someone. Everyone we worked with had wonderful things to say about her, which really speaks to the relationships she has built in the community. Since we had already moved out of state, Grant also helped by checking on the house after rain and storms to make sure everything looked good. Were very thankful Susan helped us get our Arizona home sold and made the process of moving across states a little easier. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
