Keller Williams Realty - East Bay

Talk about teamwork! They all work so well together, great communication, very detailed, friendly and professional. They listened to our needs, created a plan. Answered any questions we had. Our remodel was so beautiful. The sale successful. The timeline was on target. Just an amazing experience all around. We highly recommend Nancy Bennett and her team!

Nancy and her team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Jana went over and beyond helping us with our contractor fixing our house in order to sell it. She and other team members met with them regularly and assisted with making sure they met their deliverables. Ashley and her team did a fabulous job staging the house. I highly recommend Nancy and her team if you plan on selling your house.

Nancy & team made our first home-buying experience quick and smooth. We closed early and got the first house we put an offer on and a huge bonus was that we got it for under asking price. We highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy in the area!

Nancy and her team had done an incredible job on selling of our home. They are exceptionally organized, responsive, accommodating, very knowledgeable and highly supportive team. They made the sale of our home a breeze and took care of all of the details. The home was sold at the way above asking price. Nancy has done excellent job negotiating and educating us through the process. We had an absolute pleasure working with Nancy and her team and would very highly recommend them for any of your buying or selling needs.

We worked with Nancy Bennett and her team in the spring of 2022 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Nancy brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Their marketing team is top notch and can't be beat! Nancy and her team were outstanding in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions and responsive. We had a great experience! We highly recommend Nancy and her team to potential buyers and sellers for a hassle-free transaction!
