Really impressed with she handling the negotiation. She responded promptly and concisely to any issues we raised, anticipated problems for us, and fought for us to get the best deal possible. Kelly was phenomenal! She works with a small team and knows the neighborhood inside and out. Having someone that's in tune with where you live and knows the market is a gigantic part of the process and she really knows Pleasant Hill. Also it was all the little things that made a difference. She took care of the staging and had recommendations for people to hire for things that needed to be touched up before going on the market. This was a big decision and she provided feedback when necessary. She really understands the market and how it's moving and what's going on around your home. We ended up getting multiple offers and while I didn't quite get what I had hoped for I was satisfied in the end. Everything was flawless. You can't go wrong with Kelly! When the time comes for me to get back into the market I'll definitely be giving her a call so I can go find my new home.

The marketing was excellent: the property was very popular and marked as "Hot" by a major real estate site. Lots of showings with very good results. Ksenia was very friendly too. I cannot imagine what's more to expect from a real estate agent.
