Upon meeting Alex for the first time, he was kind and professional. He listened really listened to what I was looking for in a home purchase. He also sent me ideas of homes I may be interested in. This resulted in me finding my forever home. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and each question was answered. My husband and I found Clearview Realty on the internet. Shawn was the agent who responded to our voice mail message. She was excellent to work with, especially considering we live out of state. She was always very friendly and professional in our face to face meetings, but it was the prompt and efficient text and phone communication that made working with her so great.

Shawn was great to work with, all our questions she would get answers for us on, plus she followed up a lot to make sure we knew what was going on. Before closing she made sure we had all the things we needed and before closing we did one last walk through on the property to ensure that we were happy.

I didn?t know who she was when I started, I just wanted someone to sell my property. She made some suggestions which brought me more money. After Shawn had a buyer we found I had a possible zoning problem, no fear she got it handled extremely fast. I mean before I had a chance to worry, she had the problem rectified ! She took care of everything and I?m talking about the fact that I was an out of town seller. Shawn talked me through all the paperwork and I?m not good with the computer. Any questions we asked she got us the answer we needed. While looking at homes she would also look for potential problems that an untrained eye might not see. She has years of knowledge behind her in building homes which allows her to understand the structural pro and cons to a property.
