I cannot begin to express my gratitude for DL and all of his team that he works with. We had just started looking at properties on zillow and came across our dream house. We looked at it the next day and knew that the house we just saw was the one for us. First thing we said to each other was "we have to get this house". Second thing..."okay how do we even do that?". We didn't even have an agent lined up! Within 30 minutes we started working with DL. Mind you this was around 6pm at night. Right away, DL was on it. He introduced us to a lender for our pre-approval, which we had in hand a few hours later. By 11pm that night, DL had our offer written up ready to submit first thing the next morning. I was truly amazed at just how responsive and helpful DL was, working through the evening just to get us to where we needed to be. And we had only just started talking with him a few hours earlier.
