We met Brent at an open house and from the beginning we were amazed by his knowledge about the area we were searching in and thought that he would be the right agent for our search. Brent really spent time to understand our needs and goals and always provided an unbiased opinion on what would be the right investment for us. As we found the house we were interested in, Brent walked us through every step of the way from putting an offer, to getting the offer accepted to closing on the property. This was very useful for us as we were first time homebuyers. He was very proactive in all of the communication and was always prompt in answering any questions we had. He negotiated a great deal for us on the property we liked and we ended up getting the property way under our budget.
