I cannot thank Kim Nowalk enough for her assistance in finding me the perfect rental home and securing a reasonable lease in an extremely competitive market. For ten weeks, Kim patiently showed (and re-showed) me homes, offering expert advice on the pros and cons of each property. The day my dream rental hit the market, Kim and her team went to bat for me, guiding me through the application process and securing an interview with the landlord. After I was accepted from a pool of other first-day applicants, Kim carefully reviewed the lease, requesting several amendments. During the walk-through for the keys, she closely inspected the home, pointing out issues to the landlord. Finally, Kim advised me on the need to purchase renters insurance (a good reminder, since I had been a homeowner for 25-years and renting was new to me), provided me with utility contact information, and followed up a week after my move to assure all was in order. Without Kim, I still would be stressed and searching for a home, but, because of her, I am putting the finishing decorative touches on an adorable rental I love. Kim and her team simply are the best!
