Keller Williams Realty Brevard

Amy has been our go to person the last 4 years while looking at properties for our second home in Veira/Melbourne. She has always been responsive, helpful and willing to bring us around to see places every time we were in the area. This week we finally closed on a condo and got ourselves a little slice of sunny Florida! Working with her while being out of state was seamless as she endured our many questions and even stood in our place for virtual open houses and inspections. Her advice and knowledge of the area allowed us to obtain our dream property at an excellent price! I recommend reaching out to Amy for all of your real estate needs!

Amy Lucas is a true professional Realtor. We had a few issues with the buyer but Amy was right there to correct the problems. She was always available and handled the closing to my satisfaction. I shall use her again in the future for other properties I own.

Amy has and always was an effective advocate of our housing needs. She was there for our rental needs to closing our first home years later. She made the whole process smoother with her expertise and resources. She was able to provide a certified expert for inspection, pest inspection, legal (title and closing), and financing. Due to a smooth transition and guidance through each process, we were able to close almost 2 weeks early. Even on her vacation, she made sure we had the resources to close. Amy truly cares for her clients. We are certain she will treat you the same. She's the best!

From start to finish and beyond Amy was awesome to work with. We made a long distance move from NH to FL and were pretty nervous about trying to buy a home so far away. Amy was amazing from the first day we spoke. Very friendly and accommodating of our schedules with flying down for a limited time to secure a home. Amy made sure we always had everything we needed throughout the entire buying process and for our closing and did the walk-through since we couldn't be here for it. I would highly recommend Amy

She went above and beyond every step of the way, and I truly appreciate everything she did to help me purchase my home. I highly recommend Amy!
