Yes, you read it right. That is five stars across the board for this realtor and her team! Rima and her team, are one of the best realtors we have ever seen! Rima is a wife, spouse and fellow military spouse, which makes her very resilient to helping people get their needs met. This realtor went above and beyond to making our first time purchasing a home, with using a VA loan, while out of state in between PCSing enjoyable to make such a big commitment. Rima did stick to the budget, listened and understood our housing needs, our location request to certain areas, recommended a wonderful lender and great home inspector. The one thing we loved most about Rima was her explanation of all steps to purchasing a first-time home with a VA loan. Instead of using all REALTOR terminology, she used English (haha) which was very helpful to us. We wanted to understand the basics of each step that we needed to take, in order to purchase our home and to have a smooth closing. We had some minor hiccups like all purchases or selling of buying a home. The errors that occurred weren't much fault to anyone from us buyers, realtors and or our sellers. We had moments we thought the worst case scenarios, but Rima and her team, always reassured us we were fine, we are doing good, we've done everything on our part and this was the waiting time until closing. They made the highly anticipated wait, very well worth it!! Rima was always very honest, confident, and cheerful during our exchanges of updates, our silly questions and concerns. She was very quick to respond if we had a question. Which relived our anxiety greatly, that we were never left wondering about a question. For our family being new to the state of Florida, the base, and the surrounding towns she was very knowledgable to our questions. For example: How is traffic here?, How are the schools in this town?, Does it really get hot on Florida?, What type of animal life is there here?, How is hurricane season? Etc. any and all questions we had, she had an answer to them. We highly recommend Rima to any and everyone, who are thinking of buying or selling a home. Rima and her team made us more informed of our first time purchase of a home, while also making it very rewarding and very easy. I don't see anyone going wrong by choosing this team for their housing needs.

If I had to put into one word our experience with the Meghan Hall team it would be EXCEPTIONAL. Meghan and her team (Amanda, Wendy, and Dana) were all exceptional in each role they have on the team. The team was exceptional in their knowledge of the area we were looking to buy. Exceptional in listening to what our needs were and showing us options that fit our criteria. Exceptional in keeping us informed in every aspect of the buying and closing process. Exceptional in ensuring there were ZERO surprises in the process. The Hall team was professional in every aspect and at the same time made our condo search fun.
