I have faced Bill Paulson across the game board. I was a buyer and he was representing the seller. I can attest to the fact that he is a true warrior.- He scheduled three open houses (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) for the house the week it went on sale, going out of his way to make it easy for buyers to see the place- He proactively followed up with us on SMS after my wife and I stopped by his open house.- He persuaded us (the buyers) to include a clause in the offer that said we will pay for up to $5000 of repairs. This saved the seller money when a radon test at the house showed elevated radon leveles.- He consistently replied to all texts and e-mails within minutes- When he found that we (the buyers) did not have a buyer's agent, he agreed to let the sellers keep the buyers' agent's half of the commission. If he had not offered to reduce his commission from 5% to 2.5%, our offer would almost certainly have been rejected.- He sold the house in less than a week for $80K more than its Zillow estimate.I highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a realtor in the Boston area.
