To say that the Homes by Cusi team is fantastic is an understatement. When we decided to start looking at homes we were a little hesitant because of the experience we had selling our home in another area with another team. Chris and his team were so kind and understanding of everything we went through. They had a consultation with us where we reviewed price, needs and wants for our new home. Chris and his team were outstanding. We learned early that Chris intently listened to what our objectives for the sale. We then had detailed discussions on the market as it currently existed. In that discussion Chris helped us understand what we could expect. That lead to an expected sale price that met our objectives. Secondly the photo shop he and his team produced moved the property rapidly. Id say rapidly, cause on first day listed a number of bids where placed, one of them being the buyer. We wished for a sale and closure in a couple of months and exceeded that at the price we ask for. Chris knows his business and we are delighted with the outcome.
