My wife and I worked with Donald from the SAYHAY team. From the very beginning Donald was professional, courteous, and always available to take our calls or texts. The housing market was extremely aggressive when we were looking for our home. Donald was very proactive during the entire process. If we sent him a home or list of homes that we wanted to see, he would make it a point to get us a showing as soon as possible aEUR" even on that same day if our schedule allowed! This was key because homes were selling as fast as they were being listed. His hard work and hustle was much appreciated. Not only was he excellent during the home searching & selection phase, but he shined during the negotiations and inspection. The support we received from Donald did not go away after we signed an offer, he was still super proactive and helpful right up to the closing. He made sure that everything that was negotiated and requested to be repaired during the inspection was completed and done properly. He even checked in after the closing to see how the move went and if there was anything else that we needed. To be honest, we were a little hesitant at first using a realtor especially with how easy it is to search for homes online now. But trust me, we are so glad that we chose to work with the SAYHAY team. Working with Donald was a real pleasure, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Initially, before moving to the area I was on the hunt for a well-seasoned team of realtors to help purchase a home with my partner moving to Pittsburgh. I stumbled upon Judi and after one phone call felt so comfortable traveling weekends to come to see homes. Judi set us up with Philip Ferrainolo for the weekend since she was away. Philip was absolutely amazing, patient, and extremely knowledgeable on every listing we went to. Although we are not in our forever home, the home we just moved into is exactly what we wanted, and are absolutely in love with it. We couldn't have done any of it without the help of Philip and the SAY HAY team. The process was amazing because of Philip/SAYHAY despite the wild market that we are in currently. The communication was excellent from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.
