Janice and Ashley did a wonderful job assisting us with a new construction home purchase in Monroe, GA. We were from Snellville and wanted to move out of the congested area during the covid pandemic. And when we connected with Janice and Ashley, it was so helpful that they had the local knowledge and walked us through the whole process. I had no surprises during the process as Ashley had walked me through the process step by step in advance, including any cost that may come up. Ashley also negotiated some customization to our home with the builder that we would normally had to pay upfront. She was also so helpful with the new construction walkthrough as she would notice things that we would've never noticed. I have purchased homes in the past but I have to say that Janice and Ashley team gave us the best smooth experience of home purchase. I will be contacting them for my next home purchase for sure!!!

Janice and her team were so amazing to work with! Shes worked so hard to get my house sold. And I truly appreciate everything she did! Id recommend her to anyone!

We bought our home while living in another state. Janice had great communication and patience as she showed us lots of homes we would love. when we found the home we purchased we were very happy. Janice and her team were helpful, very knowledgeable about the Athens area, and an asset to your home buying needs.

Very helpful and friendly. Worked their tales off to ensure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend her and her team. Her team made our transition to the Atlanta area seem a lot easier.

Janice and Maranda were amazing to work with. They answered our thousands of questions for first time home buyers, were very responsive, and always made sure to give helpful and professional suggestions. We wouldnt have ended up in the house we bought had Janice not encouraged us to tour a house on the same street.
