My husband and I had a unique situation of being remote while needing to find a home in this crazy market, and they were communicative, diligent, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping us. Helping someone find a home remotely is not easy - and we trusted them the entire time. They even did a ?leap frog? showing to help us have remote showings by each going to a different home so we could have back-to-back FaceTime showings, meanwhile they are each driving and running around like crazy.
