Stephen was our realtor for this home purchase. We closed on our house (my 4th home purchase) and I purposely waited to write the review to ensure it wasnt aEURoecompulsoryaEUR? or aEURoeemotion basedaEUR?. Its been over 100 days and we still couldnt be happier with ALL of Stephens work. He is a true professional that can be trusted with one of the major decisions in your life. If I ever buy another house I will go out of my way to have Stephen represent my interest in the sale. Stephen IS phenomenal!

We had a fantastic experience working with Stephen when we were buying a house. He has great communication skills and promptly responds to all communications. What really set him apart was his incredible wealth of knowledge regarding home construction and maintenance. He was always able to point out major potential issues with a home and also figured out the age of the big ticket items (roof, hvac, etc.) so we could take that into account. He was incredibly patient and never tried to pressure us to make an offer and had no hesitation in telling us when a house probably wasnt for us. Stephen represented us well and gave us great guidance during the negotiation and inspection process and we felt like we had an expert in our corner the entire time. We hope to stay in our home for many years, but when its time to sell well be giving Stephen a call to represent us!

Stephen did an outstanding job on the purchase AND selling of my first house! I give him 5-stars across the board. I was particularly impressed with his negotiation skills. I received an offer that was well-below my list price and ended up going under contract at above the list price.
