Keller Williams Realty

Amy provided professional advice from the initial listing consultation through closing. Amy was highly responsive especially given that the home was hit by a major hail storm which definitely made negotiating more complicated. I was always comfortable that Amy had my back through negotiations and getting repairs done to make closing within 35 days. Her great communication skills made the process run smoothly through a difficult situation.

Amy is the best of the best!!!!! She came prepared, listened carefully and asked the right questions and gave market appropriate advice. All calls, texts, and emails were answered promptly and professionally. We couldn't have worked with a better person!!!!

Best there is. We had our property listed with another agency for 3 years and I saw Mrs Smiths ads and posts for her listings and how she treated every listing like it was her only one, she made such an effort to show the property before it was shown in person I knew she was the right agent. We signed with her and three days after she listed it we had a buyer. Her professional and her knowledge of real estate is excellent. It was a wonderful smooth experience from beginning to end. Highest recommendation.

Amy was outstanding. She navigated a difficult market, a tragic flood, and three very different sibling personalities to sell out late parents dream home. We cannot say enough good things about Amy, she goes above and beyond in every category.
