She has extremely poor communication skills..I'd never sold aa house before. She ws not helpful. Answering one of three questions, ignoring 3 out of 4 emails, taking on the buyers representation without telling me. If we hadn't already been inescrow, I never would have allowed that massive conflict of interest

Stephanie impressed us on our first meeting with her. We were prepared to interview other realtors but after meeting her and being impressed with her knowledge of our condo complex, we didnt feel a need to look any further. She was always responsive to our phone calls, texts and emails. She used a professional photographer to post pictures of our property. Since the condo was not our primary residence and we live over 2 hours away, it was so helpful that she was able to meet with and schedule any work that needed to be done. The property sold within two months of our first meeting. Very happy and was a pleasure working with her.
