She ended up throwing a themed party for the brokers open and put together a strong media package with drone footage and artistic architecture shots. Her strategy pulled in multiple offers at a time when multiple offers didnt exist. We had lots of activity right out of the gate and had 5 offers in hand by the 3rd day. We accepted an offer for 90k over asking as well as several well negotiated concessions. That was my first interaction with Debbe and DC Homes Group, needless to say, we have done several transactions since, and my experience only improves the more we work together.
