We had a very unique situation when we were ready to put our home on the market. Other realtors told us the contingency we were asking for was highly unlikely but when we spoke to Jim, he listened to us & came up with a plan that was a total win win for both the buyers and us. We initially spoke with Jim pre-Covid and I will admit, I was very skeptical on the asking price he felt we should ask for our property. But beings this was his profession and he clearly knew the industry and market much better than me, I followed his lead. Once Covid hit, I was almost certain that I'd be bringing money to the table. During the whole shutdown, Jim maintained contact with us and always did his best to straight shoot but also remain optimistic as possible. The county we lived in opened up for less than a week and Jim had a buyer for us! I never in my wildest dreams thought we would receive an offer of pretty much our asking price. Not only did he sell our property for more than I ever expected, but we had certain contingencies that needed to be meet to have us accept the offer and Jim was able to get both parties agreeable to everything and closing went off without a hitch! This isn't the first time I've used Jim's services and he has always come through with flying colors. I would be an absolute fool to use any other realtor in the future and I highly recommend Jim and his team for any real estate transactions!
