ZillowVERIFIED Our realtor failed to inform us of a lot of information such as the house they were selling us was from their inventory and at one point was in foreclosure until the bank let them try to put it on the market and sell it right away. The realtor failed to keep us informed as the process was happening, didnt return messages, emails or phone calls, and after the water test came back as failed, she tried to do the water test herself instead of having a licensed company come out to conduct the test. Now we find out that there are additional taxes that they didnt inform us of for the township. Our escrow paid 4 taxes, county, school, per capita and state. Apparently there are other township, per capita and school taxes that we have to pay since the ones paid from our escrow are real estate taxes, which are different. I would not recommend this team to buy/sell my home.

It was unlike the experiences we had selling our previous 2 homes and would highly recommend going to them and will be using them in the future. To start out, we were provided details on what they thought appropriate pricing would be and a breakdown of the reasons why compared to other sales. Then we were guided on what we needed to do to get our home in the best shape for selling. They made the process easy with us still living there for setting up viewings. The process was super easy once we received an offer with step by step instructions on what was needed from us and they were always available for any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend. I do not think we would have been able to sell it for the price we did without Jim and his team based on past experiences and my family is very grateful for all of the help and guidance.
