Keller Williams Real Estate

Brooke was outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always kept us informed. She handled every challenge professionally and made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We met Phyllis a month or so ago to show us 504 Canter rd in Wilmington in the Winterset Farms mobile home park, which she also lives in. Let me tell you, we couldn't have asked for much more! She was professional, very communicative and im thinking a new friend living in Winterset Farms as well. If i could give her 10 stars I would! Thank you so much Phyllus for everything!

It was such a pleasure working with Phyllis & Brooke! They made everything transition smoothly & we are so grateful for their help & guidance ! Our home was listed while we were away & shown so we wouldnt have to keep cleaning up and putting things away. It was so convenient & it sold in a day & a half!

Phyllis and her team were amazing to work with. Phyllis helped us every step of the way and held our hand when needed. I would recommend her to everyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. Phyllis and her team were quick and responsive to all questions that needed to be answered. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she sold our house in one weekend!!

Phyllis was very easy to work with and such a professional. Her advice was invaluable as we sold my mother-in-laws trailer. She was very responsive and had answers to all of our questions, usually in less than a day. We are thankful that this chapter is closed and that she helped things go as smoothly as they did. Highly recommend Phyllis!
