Keller Williams Premier Realty

We had an awesome experience working with Stephanie and her team. It was our first time buying and selling at the same time and they made the process a lot less stressful. We couldnt have been more pleased with the over all experience.

Stephanie did a wonderful job helping us purchase our new home. Her negotiation skills are phenomenal. She convinced the seller to give us substantial credit on the sale to fix an issue discovered by the inspector. She's also selling our two townhomes. She has great ideas and suggestions in the best ways to attract buyers in this historically difficult time for real estate transactions. No complaints whatsoever. Stephanie and her wonderful assistant, Aubrey, are a joy to work with and to get to know. We're very pleased.

Stephanie and her team have gone above and beyond in helping us purchase our home. She has been top notch in her communication with us and everyone involved in the process. She is kind, professional, friendly, and nothing was too much of an ask. We have been in the best hand the whole step of the way. Stephanie has made the whole experience of buying a house an absolute breeze and I would highly recommend her and her team.

My experience working with Stephanie was seamless! Very organized, professional, and knowledgeable. She followed through on everything she said she would. Stephanie went above and beyond, guiding me through the process of purchasing my first home on my own. She and her team had great communication skills and were able to work around my busy schedule. Stephanie was always available to answer any questions that I had, and her expertise in the local market and her negotiation skills helped me to secure my townhome at a reasonable price. She is kind, thoughtful and really cares! I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell!
