Keller Williams Premier Realty

Dustin was wonderful at finding us the perfect home. The entire staff made the process very simple!

Troy did an excellent job selling our home. His knowledge of the local market and our precise area helped set a price with comparables to demonstrate a realistic expectation. His organization Excells at marketing to excite interest resulting in multiple offers and a fast sale. Most important he listened to our concerns, wants and needs. His staff kept communication flowing. Highly recommend.

Jamie Herring is who you want to help you sell your home! We were interviewing realtors back in February and after meeting and talking with Jamie-we knew she was exactly who we wanted. She answered every one of our questions (even the ones that we didnt know, we didnt know!) and guided us through getting our home ready to sell. When it went on the market, the process was seamless and we had a full price offer in 3 days. She is very communicative and understands how to work with others during the stressful times between an offer and closing. The whole team at Troy Kernn is top notch!

We have been so impressed with Troys skills as a real estate agent that my husband and I have hired him twice. Troys extensive knowledge about homes and the market gave us a lot of confidence when we made our final selections. It is a sheer delight to work with Troy. We highly recommend him.

I had a great experience, couldnt have asked for anyone better. Sold my house in 2 days. Troy made me feel like we new each other for years. Great guy, I recommend Troy to everybody.
