Keller Williams Premier Properties

Susan really worked hard to get our home sold. Even after we took it off the market, she called about a potential buyer. They bought our home for what we were asking. She was great!

Always on time for our meetings, Susan Perez was prepared to sell our home. We had two requests: No For Sale sign it front of the house & No Open House. Both requests were honorored. After hiring a professional, expert photographer, our home was shown in the best possible way. Our home sold in five days & $5,000.00 over asking price. We were very satisfied with all the work Susan Perez did to sell our home.

Susan is amazing! She helped me and my family find a home. She made herself readily available at times that worked with my schedule. She is devoted and hard working to help find the perfect home. I highly recommend Susan Perez.

Susan was just awesome! Helped us out in every way to get our new home, vary friendly, and professional. If she does not have the answer just wait 5 min and she will. If I ever buy another place I know just who to call.

Susan was so very helpful and always there with answers to all our questions. She was there for not just the big questions/things but for all the little things as well. I cant rate Susan from 1-5 because in my opinion she deserves a 10.
