I will never again use another agent in the DMV. Ariana Loucas is THAT impressive. She is extremely professional, trustworthy, attentive, hardworking, and holds a very deep knowledge of the area's nuanced market. Ariana will do absolutely everything possible to ensure that your transaction closes smoothly and at a well negotiated price- no matter how unorganized/possibly dishonest/inept the other party may be. She was very careful to explain every step of the home buying AND selling process to us so that we were very well informed as we progressed from choosing the right house, into the multi-phase contracting process, and then into closing. Ariana is also very responsive, no matter if it was 10am Monday morning or 8 pm Friday night, we always had a ready answer to our questions. In fact, even though we purchased our home quite some time ago, Ariana continues to check in to see how happy we are in our home and continues to answer questions we have here and there. Absolutely above and beyond!We have recommended her multiple times to friends and colleagues. And when we are ready to move again, we absolutely will be using Ariana Loucas to sell our current home and purchase our next.
