I've known Alex Fenske from Chicago Southland Homes for a number of years. Alex invest his time and interest in his clients by way of being honest and prompt. Alex is a great guy to work with!

Alex and his team were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions, concerns, and proactive in helping us to buy our dream home. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

very easy to work with trustworthy and also gets back to you right away

Alex and his assistant Zane were awesome. After leaving a realtor who did not respond, communicate or respect us, Alex and Zane were on point. They had prompt responses, answered and cleared up all of our questions and concerns. I give them an A plus rating and would not hesitate to use them or recommend them to others.
