If there were more stars to give him I would! Garen is hands-down the best agent I have ever come across. I Purchased this house long distance from California and I had a lot of questions about things that I didnt understand. Septic tanks, wells and moisture issues! I cant tell you how many times the title company reached out to me with questions that I was not prepared for. By the time I had read their message, bling! The message was in my box from Garen explaining to me what they were asking for and giving me options. I bought the house site unseen and with GarenaEUR~s help felt completely comfortable with my decision. Its not easy to find a small single-story house on the water. And when you do find them theyre sold in a matter of minutes. Garen responded immediately to the house for sale sent me all of the information I needed and set up a site visit for my daughter and son-in-law to go look at the house for me. All of this was in a matter of less than two days. After that things started to really roll. I have just taken possession of the house and absolutely Love it. Its exactly what I wanted. It needs a few updates but, I really love her. If you need a real estate agent, you can make no better decision than to go with Garen. Its now been a month since I took possession. Garen did not drop me like a hot potato after he got done with the sale. Hes help me with referrals for workman. Hes even help me figure out how to get my water heater turned on when I couldnt figure it out. Garen is the best!
