Jason is very knowledgeable of the area. He was able to locate houses that fit what I was looking for and is very quick to provide the information to me. He was available anytime. He assisted me on placing offers on different homes. I was out of state when Jason sent me a listing, Jason went above and beyond by providing me videos and photos of the house for me to look out while I was gone. He helped me place an offer that was accepted and he walked me through every step of the process from writing the offer to informing me of when repairs were done, all the way through the closing. Jason made the whole process easy and I greatly appreciated his help.

He is the only realtor we work with. He has helped us with the sale of two properties and purchase of one, everything went swiftly and smoothly each time. He was willing to show us multiple properties at any time and discuss them with us until we found the right one to purchase which for us did take awhile since we were not first time home buyers and we really knew what we wanted and didn't want. Jason did a fantastic job! He got us a contract on our new build in 8 days and was very responsive and way perfect from contract to close. We need more realtors like him. I would give him 10 stars if they would let me.
