Keller Williams

Jeanne is an absolute dream to work with. She is professional and conscientious and always kept us informed along the way. I would absolutely use Jeanne and the Gary Team in the future and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Jeanne did an outstanding job representing and guiding me as a seasoned buyer this time around. She was equally as professional and knowledgeable when she helped me sell my home years ago and I would use Jeanne again! She's considerate, responsive, professional and represents you very well both as a buyer and a seller!

Jeanne was fantastic to work with from start to finish! She conducted extensive market research to ensure our home was priced competitively, taking into account our neighborhood and the current state of the market. A consummate professional, Jeanne consistently went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process of selling our home. We couldn't be more pleased with her service and would absolutely work with her again!

Jeanne knows the market, is certainly an expert in the area we were selling in, and was able to guide us through everything start to finish. Her suggestions and coaching paved the way to an easy process, especially in a currently unpredictable market. Jeanne works hard to market the homes she represents, and will go above and beyond to attract potential buyers. The offer process was less daunting than I expected thanks to her, and closing was a breeze. We knew what to expect severals days before we walked in, and it only took a few minutes because she and Lisa at the title company were so organized! Jeanne is certainly amazing to work with!

Jeanne, Jack and the whole Gary Team artfully took us from start to finish, They provided accurate research and with their knowledge of the market, helped us set an effective sales price. They provided us with top notch listing, staging advice and showing experiences, gathered offers and helped us analyze and select the one that best fit our needs - they even got a back up offer! Then they shepherded us through the inspections, appraisal and closing without a hitch. The Gary Team is 2 steps above the rest! We couldn't be more satisfied.
