Martine has been a delight to work with. She is always upbeat but also comes armed with lots of data on the property and the local market. Martine put together an extensive marketing plan for our property, and we got an offer right away. I HIGHLY recommend Martine Greco - whether you are buying or selling, she has the expertise you need!

Tiffany has a professional and upbeat personality and was very patient when answering questions we had. If there was anything she wasnt sure about she didnt hesitate to use her resources to get us the answers needed. For example she did not live in the town where we were selling the property, yet she was able to give us a good read on the market through her research. She was excellent at keeping us updated during the process as well as representing our desires during negotiations. Very good experience and we are planning on using Tiffany and her team again.

Martine is incredible! I am so grateful to have Martine guide us through our transaction. Martine has extensive knowledge of different neighborhoods and helped us get under contract for a property in a competitive market. Martine always provided great pricing guidance, whether it be offering above or below ask, while also respecting our decisions on how we wanted to proceed. She was also very thorough in reading through inspections and coordinating the transaction (shes a stickler for deadlines!). She helped us navigate a tricky situation where we discovered a collapsed sewer line on a property. Later, she helped renegotiate a transaction based on inspection findings, in a way that was able to satisfy both parties. Throughout our time working with her, we were very grateful to have her deep level of experience to draw upon for every property that we considered. I would definitely work with Martine again, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property!

She was great to work with both on the sale of our current home and the purchase of another. She put a lot of work into getting our home ready to list and did a wonderful job at keeping us updating during all phases of the sale. She was very thorough in determining our needs when looking for a home-was extremely knowledgeable about the areas neighborhoods which was very helpful. I highly recommend Tiffany and the staff at Keller Williams Pinnacle!

Tiffany was great to collaborate with on the purchase of 5 acres. She was highly responsive to requests and always followed up with detailed answers. Even after the close, Tiffany was readily available with quick responses on a few follow up items!
