Megan was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and helpful for my family and I. We were first time homebuyers and definitely had a lot of questions. She always answered (and quickly at that) and never judged any of my silly questions. Seriously one of the best!!!

I just so happened to stumble upon Megan while looking on Zillow. I am so grateful that I did. She was and continues to be so supportive and helpful every step of the way. She was never pushy or had the vibe of simply just wanting to sell something. She truly and genuinely cares about everyone she works with. Every step of my first home-buying process was amazing thanks to her. I promise this is not a paid review. She deserves all the praise and more. I can also say that after the whole process, I made myself a friend.

Megan was easy to talk to. Tried to answer any questions I had to the best of her knowledge. Helped walk me through the processes that I didn't understand fully. I'm happy with the house I purchased and I'm glad she got the sellers to fix a few things before closing. Overall she did a great job of keeping me comfortable during the process. And buying a house is so expensive that comfort is appreciated when trying to make a life changing decision

Megan Schbot was very patient during our touring of homes process and when we finally found the one that fit our needs she was quick to get our bid over to the seller and secure a contract and get us to closing early. Then she got us in touch with our Transaction Coordinator Emma Twitchell who walked us through all the home inspection processes and even supplied us with contacts for utility set-up once our contract was in place and followed through all the way to closing. The Zillow team was really organized through the whole process which made the home purchase worry free.
