Algernong helped us to buy our home a few years ago, so when we had an unexpected opportunity to move abroad earlier this year, we knew he would be the best person to help us get it sold. Al was helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the initial stages of making repairs, getting the house ready for showing (in the midst of a pandemic with small kids home 24/7), and getting it listed. Once we relocated, he worked closely with us on the entire process of accepting an offer, responding to inspection reports, and closing. Even when some last-minute issue arose he was always on top of every detail, and gave us truly candid and informed advice at every step. Al is on point for all the ratings here. He was helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process. He even orchestrated some negotiations while he was on vacation just to be sure everything was going our way.We had been house hunting for almost a year before we met Al. He was extremely patient with us and our endless debate of whether to stay in the city or move to the burbs. Al took us to see every house we wanted and even tagged along with us to open houses just to learn what we liked or didn't like about each house we saw. The house we ended up purchasing was actually a recommendation by Al. My wife and I had written the house off, but Al insisted that we give it a look. He was absolutely right. He helped us negotiate and, with his guidance, we won the contract for the house, beating out matching cash offers. Al knows the neighborhoods really well. When we would go to see houses, we would often run into someone he knew. On top of all of this, he always dresses exceptionally sharp. As he says, "You never know who we might run into." We came out of the experience with a new friend and neighbor in Al. When you ask Al to be your realtor, you get welcomed in like family. My wife and I highly recommend him.
