It was very lucky to have Maggie as my buyer agent especially when it's in seller's market as for the case of Boulder. I always got the information immediately when it was posted and Maggie's group can make the tour scheduled within 1-2 hours. They are very professional and responsible. As buyer, its hard to negotiate too much while Maggies group was helpful to ask for more while didnt offend the seller. They also provide excellent after-sales service. For my case, they talked with the HOA to help me waive several fees after two months of the buy and even call back to check the house condition occasionally (after one and half year). I highly recommend them if you want to buy your dream home in Boulder.
