Keller Williams Palmetto

Carl made it super simple and easy and was great with communication the whole time. Once we signed the listing agreement, Carl took over and treated it like his own. He kept us in the loop and provided great guidance as we were fielding offers. We will definitely use him again!

Carl was very knowledgeable and helped us through this whole process of buying and selling our home. He relieved any anxieties we had and was fast and effective. We couldn't have done any of this without him. We will be recommending him to all our family and friends.

We used Carl when buying our first home a few years ago and did not hesitate to call him for our second purchase. His knowledge of the area is outstanding! He is so very patient and did everything to meet our needs. Thank you so much for all u did to get us our new home!!

Attempted to tour a home with them as the guide. Rescheduled first thing in the morning, called 15 minutes before the new time to say they weren't going to make it, nobody else would be coming but we could walk the grounds.

Carl was great to work with as our buyer's agent! We are first time homeowners and he walked us through every step up to closing. He was always very responsive and gave great advice through the process. We would definitely recommend him to others!
