Keller Williams Pacific Estates

Our family recently worked with Lauren Friedman aEUR" Huntington Beach Realtor aEUR" to sell our mothers home in Leisure World, Seal Beach. As the Trustee of her estate, it was important to me that the sale be handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Lauren exceeded all expectations. She marketed the property exceptionally well, resulting in a timely sale at a price above the original listing. Her extensive experience in Leisure World transactions was invaluable. Lauren understands the unique requirements and processes involved in selling properties within this community, and she guided us smoothly through every step. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend LaurenaEUR"whether you are selling a home or searching for the perfect place to purchase. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to her clients truly set her apart.

Finding our dream condo. Lauren Friedman helped us immensely on everything that was involved in buying a condo. Being first-time buyers we needed guidance, and we feel extremely lucky to have had Lauren as our real estate agent to give us that guidance. The condo we bought, which is located in the Bluff Park neighborhood of Long Beach, is an ideal choice for us. Its in excellent condition, and located in a beautiful neighborhood, so it was expected that there would be many bids, and there were. It was thanks to Laurens skill at bidding that we were able to outbid the competition and still purchase the property at a very reasonable price. Lauren also helped us get an excellent mortgage broker, who helped us secure a fixed-rate mortgage at an interest rate that was below market. Lauren actually was instrumental in helping us get the low rate. Lauren also recommended our interior designer. This was also an excellent recommendation. We adore our young interior designer who is brimming with good ideas. Our condo is taking shape, and we cant wait for the interior design to be completed. It will be beautiful and very comfortable. Thanks to Lauren we are living in the condo of our dreams.

Working with Lauren Friedman was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ive always believed you should do your research first and then let the professionals do their job, and that approach truly paid off throughout this process. Gathering all the necessary documents and completing the due diligence before the property even went on the market was a lot of work on my end, but it was well worth it because everything moved smoothly once the process began. One thing we especially appreciated was the minimal disruption to our tenants, along with how promptly texts and questions were answered throughout the transaction. The gap between excellent and poor customer service seems to be widening these days, and Lauren and her team are definitely on the winning side. To top it all off, we closed escrow a week early, and the pricing outcome was even more favorable than I expected. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy real estate agent.

Lauren is fabulous to work with when going through the home buying process. She is highly responsive and exceedingly knowledgeable about Long Beach. I particularly appreciated how hard she worked to understand my needs and wants and to make that happen even under challenging circumstances. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Lauren helped me sell my motheraEUR~s home after her passing. There was a lot to be done from repairs to cleaning out belongings and even mold remediation. She helped me with every aspect from recommending people she knew were efficient and priced fairly , to meeting people at the property when I wasnt available. She very much went above and beyond the call of duty. I will be forever grateful for all she did to help this difficult process easier. Sincerely, David Harrington
