Keller Williams Outer Banks

Brittany was always available to answer and questions or concerns that I had and she was also very knowledgeable about the area. I definitely recommend her to anybody that is thinking about purchasing a home in the OBX.

Made everything SUPER easy and helped us find the perfect home for our family! She kept us in the loop with everything and made sure we were happy with entire process

Brittnay has been an excellent resource for local real estate knowledge on the outer banks of North Carolina. She has shown us several beach homes and has been one of the most professional real estate agents that I have ever worked. If you are interested in working with a honest, diligent and professional agent I would HIGHLY recommend Brittnay Bair!!

From the moment we came on the market to the time we completed our closing, Brittany was right by our side to help. As a first time homebuyer this was a major part of my decision to give her five stars. She is precise and detail-oriented. Willing to give advice on concerns I would have never thought of. And her work ethic? She was always one step ahead, making plans to make sure our experience went as smooth as possible. Thank you, Brittany. We love our home and would recommend you to anyone!!

Brittany is very knowledgeable and is on point with the current market trends. She was very helpful and sold my home for me within days of it being listed!!!
