Keller Williams Northern Arizona

I have known Christin for four years and working with her has always been a great experiene, she is knowledgeable about area all aspects of real estate and communicates so well.

Kristin is professional but friendly; she is very well acquainted with local properties, markets and best presentation of homes. She also never failed to call us once a week to keep us updated on nearby homes sold, improvements in the market, etc.

I was beyond impressed with the help, advise, and energy she put into helping me sell my property!

After previously listing without a sale, decided to list with James and team as his experience was promising. He delivered and property closed within a short time period. Very happy with James communication and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

The Kingsbury team, and in particular, Melisa Dewey worked tirelessly to secure a complicated land purchase for me. When closing terms were not met by the seller, Melisa maintained excellent communications between the seller's agent and me while we negotiated the terms and new price through several closing extensions. Melisa saved me thousands of dollars on the final price. I will contact the Kingsbury first for my next real estate transaction.
