Keller Williams Northern Arizona

I discovered Cynthia through the Zillow website and she helped me purchase my first home. She put me in touch with a very wonderful local lender who made the buying process easy. She answered all my questions and helped explain the buying process to me, everything went as expected with no surprises. I found a home that fit my needs with her help and she did a great job helping me negotiate a fair price that was in my budget, I was very happy with the result. Throughout the process she did an excellent job of protecting my purchase with all the required contingencies to make sure this older remodeled home was completely ready for move-in, safe, and in working order. I would definitely recommend Cynthia to other first time buyers!

Desiree & team provided stellar service in all aspects of our home purchase. It couldn't have gone smoother. Desiree went the extra mile on many occasions to inform and advise us as well as keep the purchase/sale moving forward. We gladly offer our highest recommendation of Desiree & team!

Cynthia is nothing short of amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and walked us through every step of the buying process. She made sure our best interests were looked after, and went out of her way to make sure all of our questions were answered. We are so blessed to have met her, and we cant wait to start living our dream life on our new property! Thank you Cynthia for all that you do!! :)

We recently listed and sold our home with Desiree. The whole process was smooth because of her knowledge of the market, excellent communication, and responsiveness to our needs as sellers. We moved out of state before the close on the home and Desiree tended to the items we were unable to. We were very pleased with Desiree and would highly recommend her for the sale of your home.
