Melissa was great finding the right place for me. She worked with me on seeing a couple different properties and ultimately found the right spot. Would happily recommend Melissa for your next move or purchase.

This was my familys first time buying a home, and Melissa was amazing at helping us navigate a very competitive market. She was supportive, knowledgeable, responsive, flexible and made buying a home in Bloomfield look easy. As an anxious buyer, Melissa helped us stay cool, calm, collected and put our best foot forward when submitting offers. I highly recommend Melissa if youre looking to buy a home in Bloomfield, Montclair, Essex county area. We will definitely be reaching out to her for our next home!

We had the pleasure of working with Claudia to purchase a multifamily property in Bergen County. She was tenacious in her efforts and really committed to finding us the right home. She was patient, kind, and down to earth in addition to teaching us a great deal. We told her exactly what we wanted (and we wanted a lot), and she helped us find the perfect home! We appreciated how clear her communication was and everyone that she put us in contact with was amazing and efficient. Thank you, Claudia and team, for making this home buying process as stress-free as possible!

We kept hearing how tough the market was and how impossible it would be to buy a house. But the truth is, most people are just missing one thing: Nancy. She and Raf are the dream team. They helped us craft the most compelling offer, and it worked - our very first bid was accepted. In Montclair, no less. Their strategy, guidance, and support were unmatched. If you're buying a home, don't waste time.. work with Nancy and Raf. They made what felt impossible feel easy.

Melissa was an outstanding agent to work with! Her responsiveness, knowledge, and friendly approach made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free for us. She was involved and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldnt recommend her more!
