We sold a home and bought a home this year. Gage handled both and worked hard for us from the start. Although we thought we had our home staged well, he gave us tips to make our home even better. He brought in a professional photographer for the listing photos. The photos were superb. Gage held an Open House for us just about every weekend until our home was sold. He was diligent about following up with agents who showed our home. We were in constant communication with him and he immediately followed up on our questions and emails/phone calls. Once we entered into a contract, he remained very professional while dealing with the buyer's realtor who was rather contentious.As far as purchasing a home, Gage made time for us and took us to every house we wanted to see. Again, when we had questions about properties, he followed up and got answers for us very quickly. Once we entered into a contract, the process ran very smoothly. Overall, our experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend this realtor.

I was fortunate to come into contact with an agent who is as caring and knowledgeable as Gage. He advised us to walk away from a sure purchase, and potential commission check for him, because my wife and I didn't like how the other side was working. The feeling that he constantly put us, the consumer, over what was best for him was an amazing feeling. I always felt that our best interest was the priority.His knowledge of houses in general came in handy often because he was able to help us distinguish between a fixer upper and a potential money pit. His relentless attention to detail was extremely helpful through the closing process as many issues arose, but I was never concerned because it always felt as though we had an extra team member on our side. Even after the closing process Gage followed up to see how the new home was treating us and inquired if there was anything extra he could do.Overall I rate my experience with this agent as excellent and would highly recommend him to any family member or friend who was in need of a realtor in the future.
