Keller Williams Metro North

I dont know what I would have done without Janice in my court when I purchased my new home. I was comp0letely overwhelmed following the death of my fiance, and Janice was so helpful and supportive and made sure that the buying experience was as simple and easy as possible for me.She was always available to answer any questions and offer sage guidance. Hands down, she is the best around and I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

We had the best experience working with Janice. We told her the things we wanted in a home and she was able to find us the perfect one. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking in. She always responded to our questions promptly and communicated often to keep us informed. Her negation skills are spectacular. She is extremely friendly and great to work with. We were blessed that we got to work with her. I'm not sure we would have bought our house without her help.

We are out of state buyers with no knowledge of the town we were buying in. Ron, provided exceptional and accurate information on the area. We purchased "sight unseen" and when we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. This was not a large transaction, yet Ron handled it as if is was. We have dealt with numerous agents over the year's and Ron was an absolute professional pleasure to work with. We recommend Ron with total trust that he will work for you as if you were his only client. He is exceptional good at, and committed to what he does. Thank you Ron.

First thing I would like to say is that Miss Janice is a very sweet lady and knowledgeable and she made buying a house very easing she took care of everything I was worried about going into this but she is great at what she does and walked us through everything I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a home

Janice was knowledgeable of the market in our area. She was good about keeping us updated on the status of things during the buying process. She was good to communicate with us even after business hours.
