Jamie and the company she works for, LocAL Realty, were honestly some of the nicest people we have ever met. They really did go above and beyond to help us buy our first home. There is honestly not a single bad thing I can say. They were available 24/7 to answer any question we had (as people new to the home-buying process, we had many questions) and were completely upfront and honest in their responses. We felt so confident that we were getting the absolute best service. One thing that really stuck out to us was that after our closing meeting, Jamie took the time out of her day to go out and eat with us. She had been all over the state that day and had to leave immediately after and drive somewhere for 3 more hours. We felt as though that really showed how personable and dedicated she is to her clients. When it comes time to sell our current home and buy a new one, there will be no hesitation on who to call. Thank you, Jamie!

Jamie did a wonderful job when it came time to sell our house! Shed already helped us buy our new home, and that went very smoothly, so we knew we wanted her to help with our sale, as well. She helped us figure out what we needed to do to get the house ready to go on the market, and the photographer she brought in to take the photos made the house look spectacular for listing. We had our first showings on a Friday, and had 2 offers by the end of the day Saturday, and a 3rd (excellent) offer on Sunday. By Sunday evening, we were under contract, and we were completely closed within a month. The entire process went very smoothly, and between Jamie and her closing coordinator, almost everything was handled for us. Jamie is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and shes also really fun to work with! I definitely would recommend Jamie Oliver when it comes time to either buy or sell your home.
