Gary is an awesome real estate agent. He helped me (and continues to help me) find appropriate houses for me to purchase as investments in the greater St Louis area. I am an out of state investor so his knowledge and experience is invaluable in helping me to make decisions and in the negotiation process. He is very organized and gets back to me right away. Gary was awesome to work with! Very friendly and down to the point. He's very knowledgeable about what he does and is understanding when you decide not to go with bunch of different houses that you bring him to. Very fast at replying to any questions you have and fast at getting you to see houses you want to look at. He also helped me get a high loan amount by reccomending me to a different mortgage place, which made us be able to find our house in a location we really wanted! Will definitely go to him in the future if I ever expand my family and need a bigger house. Definitely would reccomend my friends and family to go through him as well! Thanks again Gary!

When I went to sell my house, I had several unique "features" that I knew would be obstacles in my way and that my entire experience would be difficult as I was moving to another state - before I even started the selling process. I called around, and had several agents stop by the house to get an interview - and I could see who could meet my high level of needs. That was Zillow reps, and other popular sites and highly recommended agents. Out of 8 people, only Gary actually came in and saw me. The others focused on the house, and didn't really take notes, didn't appear to focus on me. They had an air of "expectation" that they were owed my business, that it was only logical that i used their services. I would ask why they had their high commissions, what they did for me, and it was like I slapped them in the face with the audacity to question them. Gary didn't. He showed up, was respectful, took notes the whole time, came prepared with his own notes and ran me through what I could expect. He really heard what I was going through. He knew he'd basically be doing all this solo, and despite the challenges I was presenting he focused on how we could solve the problem - where others just said "yeah that's a problem". After we started the selling process, I was in another timezone, and my work made it hard to communicate. Gary displayed the patience of a saint, and worked harder then anybody else would have. Even with my challenges, he was able to get my home sold and meet my requirements, and it was just a wonderful experience. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
