This is our third transaction with the Whipple Group. They are amazing! Beatrix and her team went above on beyond. They will handle every detail and make the sale/purchase go smoothly and in your favor. They helped us with the necessary repairs to get the most on our sale, staged our home, marketed the property with an incredible photographer and negotiated more than we expected when it came time to close. We will use the Whipple Group again!

When we decided to purchase a bigger home they helped sell our house in the best way possible. They took great photos and videos, ran a great marketing campaign and we sold the house well over asking!And since they have such good relationships with their clients, we were able to purchase a new home off market from one of their clients for a smooth transition. Beatrix priced my place 10% higher than the second best agent who I interviewed. She blew me away with her comps, marketing materials, attitude, professionalism and responsiveness. If we need a real estate agent in the future, Caroline will be one our top choices.

Beatrix Whipple was everything we hoped for in a real estate agent. She was organized, responsive, informative, and well-known in the industry. Her positive, pragmatic attitude made her a central part of our homebuying decision. She was on top of what was available in the market and was always willing to give her honest opinion. She would help us plan multiple open house visits over the weekend and came prepared to provide background and pro/cons of each home. Additionally, she would go visit homes during the week when we couldnt and record a video walk through for us to see. At the end of the day, we wouldnt have gotten the home we did without Beatrix.
