When Bethany received a job offer in the Cleveland area, we had no idea where to begin with buying our first house in a location we had never visited before. After hours of searching online, it was our good fortune to come in contact with Rick Tannenbaum. From the very beginning of our search, Rick was extremely accessible, patient with all of our questions, knowledgeable when helping us navigate the purchase of our new home, and well-connected to catapult us into home ownership with the services we needed. In addition to Rick, his assistant, Wendy, was extremely helpful in providing us with an easy-to-follow list of next steps that took the guess work and stress out of the experience. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Heather Holcomb. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We were impressed with Heather's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place.
